This page describes OTM Cyber's privacy practices for one-to-one SMS communications sent by OTM Cyber employees through Microsoft Teams.

OTM Cyber may use text messaging to communicate with customers and business contacts who request SMS communication or provide consent to receive text messages from an OTM Cyber employee.

How We Use SMS

We use SMS only for conversational business communications such as:

  • scheduling and confirming calls or meetings
  • responding to support or service questions
  • coordinating service follow-up
  • coordinating cybersecurity incident response or urgent service communications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent

OTM Cyber collects SMS consent directly from the individual recipient. Consent may be provided verbally during a call or meeting, during customer onboarding or service coordination, or in writing through email or a website workflow where the recipient requests SMS follow-up.

Information Sharing

OTM Cyber does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, or mobile numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent and mobile opt-in information are used only to support the direct one-to-one business communications requested by the recipient.

Opt Out and Help

You can opt out of SMS messages from an OTM Cyber number at any time by replying STOP. You can get help by replying HELP or by contacting solutions@otmcyber.com.
