This page explains how individuals can opt in to receive one-to-one conversational SMS messages from OTM Cyber employees through Microsoft Teams.
OTM Cyber uses this SMS service only for direct one-to-one business communication and not for marketing campaigns, bulk messaging, or automated promotional texts.
How to Opt In
You opt in by directly asking an OTM Cyber employee to text you, or by verbally or in writing agreeing that the employee may text you at the mobile number you provide about your requested business matter. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase any service.
Consent may be captured during onboarding, service coordination, support, incident response, or by email when you request SMS follow-up.
Types of Messages
You may receive conversational messages such as scheduling and meeting coordination, service follow-up, support responses, cybersecurity incident coordination, and direct replies to your questions.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of messages from an OTM Cyber number. Reply START to resume a conversation you previously stopped. Reply HELP for help, or contact solutions@otmcyber.com or +1 256-581-5868.
